Caluso Passito Riserva DOC 2007
This wine is produced only in the best vintages and it represents the real treasure of the Caluso viticulture. It is made from pressed Erbaluce grapes, which are left to dry on mats for about 4/6 months and then it is left to age for a minimum of 4 years.
Passito represents our origins, as Erbaluce was initially produced only as a sweet wine,to drink or give as a gift on festivals and holidays. Quality of the grapes and patience are the two key ingredients in the production of our passito. Thanks to its production still based on traditional models, it represents the treasure of Canavese enology.
