Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG 2022 Fiordighiaccio
Obtained from a selection of the best grapes of Erbaluce di Caluso which undergo a process of cryomaceration before the pressing; this procedure enhances its organoleptic features. Rich in minerals, the wine releases very noticeable fruity and floral aromas and it is smooth on the palate. The name Fiordighiaccio refers to the carbonic dioxide snow used to cool the grapes during the winemaking.
Since the first year of production, Fiordighiaccio has become one of our most popular wines.
This wine is also a winner of the Grappolo D’Oro 2021 award
