ensure good acidity. The long stay on yeasts enhances the complexity of this sparkling
wine, which evolves and refines with time. The foam is abundant and persistent, characterized by a fine perlage. It is distinguished by its deep straw yellow color, aromas of bread crust, pastries and with floral hints of hawthorn.
