Erbaluce “Punto75” is a wine made using indigenous yeasts; it follows a maturation on (fine) lees for at least 10-12 months. Straw yellow in color with hints of citrus, officinal herbs and balsamic notes. Round and balanced on the palate with a pleasant mineral note. Punto 75 refers to the year of the first harvest, our starting point. The production of this wine does not require the use of complex technologies: we let time do its work during the  winemaking process. For this reason, Punto 75 is a demonstration of how aging enhances the tertiary aromas of Erbaluce on par with other great white wines.
