Erbaluce di Caluso comes from the homonymous grape variety. It is cultivated on the moraine hills of the Canavese area. Thanks to the special soil conditions and a favorable climate, we are able to produce a unique wine when compared to other Piedmontese white wines. Pale straw yellow in color with greenish highlights; on the nose hints of elderflower, acacia and sage. In the mouth, the taste is dry and fresh, with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste
